In just over 2 years I’ve completed 4 real estate transactions using 4 different real estate agents. The last agent I used is Christine Warren. Christine’s work ethic, customer service and customer satisfaction are second to none. I’ve never worked with any other real estate agent who took on every task which would free me up to concentrate on other things. An example of that is having to obtain a status certificate from the condo board where I purchased an investment property in Collingwood. It needed to be delivered to my lawyer in Brampton for review. Being that it was very difficult for me to get up to Collingwood in the time allotted, Christine said “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”. The very next day that status certificate was in my lawyers hands. Either she arranged to have it picked up and delivered, or she did it herself. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the latter. Selling houses will earn Christine a living, her detail to customer service and satisfaction will earn Christine a reputation as one of the most outstanding real estate agents in Ontario. Christine is the type of real estate agent that all other agents should aspire to become. As far as I’m concerned, my shopping for a great real estate agent is over. She’s got my business for life. I will always recommend Christine to everyone.

If anyone is buying or selling their home in Ontario would like to recommend an awesome Real Estate agent. Christine has gone above and beyond to make our move a lot less stressful than it could have been. She is originally from Burgeo, NL, she has that beautiful smile that will light up any room. She is also a very caring, compassionate, honest person & who is awesome at what she does. She made several trips to our home, making sure she knew everything about our home to sell it with ease, used her own personal items for staging, checked on our house after it was vacate to make sure everything was ok. She called us along the way to make sure we were safe…I can go on and on… She even brought us Mary Brown's the night before we left, Now you can't just get that Newfoundland feeling from just anyone.
